Parking experience was good but on return I was 15 feet from collection bus and he pulled away not having picked up any passengers. He was only at the stop for a few minutes and the bus was empty . Another bus came 15 minutes later and was very full ..

Easily accesable,and quite easy to find with satnav. Reception was straightforward outgoing and simple process on return. Overall good value and will use this Park again in the future

Although we were told we didn’t have to hand our keys in, we were told we had to as they might have to move cars around. We were taken to the airport by bus/coach During our holiday we met a couple from Crawley who Cophall were the best for leaving your car in safe hands. There was another company who were mentioned, I think it was APH or something similar, but Cophall was the BEST as recommended by our fellow travellers, thank you Cophall parking. P.s. May I also add, that on our return , we had to ring the Cophall parking telephone number and give them the code and they told us to go to bus terminal 7 as our bus would pick us up from there , having got back to Cophall parking , we were helped with our bags off the bus. May I also add a big thank you to the lady at the office on the 30th January 2026, assured us that they don’t use customers vehicles to go shopping, thank you once again, John M

When you arrive at the Gatwick car parking site, you'll be quickly checked in and given a key receipt card. One of their friendly minibus drivers will transport you directly to your terminal as soon as you're ready to leave.
Return procedure for Cophall park and ride Gatwick
When you return, just call Cophall Parking Gatwick on the dedicated free phone number on the back of your key receipt card and they will be right with you. Your minibus driver will take you back to their Gatwick airport car parking facility, where they will give you back your vehicle keys ready for the drive home.
