Dropping car was no problem all good, I got a bit worried when driver had very little interaction with us. His English was limited and when asked where do we collect sat on return he was not sure. All communication was done via MSG. When we got back and collected our bags we were told to wait in arrivals lobby and they will call us back, we waited 15 mins and when I called back to find out where our car was I was told to wait . The guy was very rude and abrupt. When car arrived at airport we were told where to wait at a specific place but driver was waiting in a different place. Eventually we got ours half our late driver didn't say a word gave us keys and went off.i would not recommend these fits at all.

Was ok. But left a vape in my car and I left my car with 50m of petrol and there was only 10 when I picked up the car.

Good efficient service Polite & courteous On return flight my luggage took ages to come through taking me past pick up time - driver was very understanding

Communication was first class, there was a slight delay on collection of my car following my holiday, however all went well otherwise. I would definitely use this service again.

The whole experience was excellent. They called to check what time we were arriving at the airport and were waiting for us. From driving into the car park to entering the departure hall was only 5 minutes. Returning was equally smooth with the dar arriving as we walked out of the lift I to the carpark. Would 100% use them again and recommend.

Please call the car park 30 minutes before your arrival at the airport. A driver will then meet you at your departing terminal, where he will assist with your luggage, confirm your return details, and together with the driver you will check the condition of the car and sign a form to confirm these details.

Edward Lloyd are an experienced and reliable meet and greet service, with courteous and polite staff. We provide safe and secure parking facilities at London Heathrow. We ensure all vehicles are driven safely to our compound, which is a short drive from the airport.
The car park accepts large vehicles, however they will incur a surcharge of £20 on your arrival with them
Entry and exit charges are not included in the price of your booking. These will need to be paid locally at a cost of £7.50 on your arrival date and £7.50 for on your return date.
