Actual parking was fine, but I have requested a VAT receipt from Purple parking, the booking agent and the vendor, all of whom cannot provide this to me? I'm going round in circles for something that should be easy to do and the request for doing so is completely reasonable. Frustrating that I cannot speak to a human being over the telephone to resolve too.

it was a longer wait for the bus and then even a longer bus ride back to the parking area as the bus visited Termimal 3 as well. It took almost 1 hour to go form the airport back to the car park to collect my car!!

It's fine, but it's a long way off site, and not worth the bother if you have a long drive home. Pros: The shuttle bus to T2 upon my departure arrived just a few minutes after I checked in my car keys and took very little time to actually get to T2. Cons: when I arrived back at T2 I waited over 15 mins for the shuttle bus, which then had to stop off at various other terminals before it reached the off-site car park and that journey took a really long time. I then had a 3 hour drive home, so I wasn't best pleased. So while the service is fine and value for money I will be going for a meet and greet in the future.
