Absolutely shocking customer service. Very rude guy, who answers the phone, and tries to tell us how long it’ll take us to walk to level 4, via the lifts etc. He hadn’t organised things properly, as he said he had. We was waiting for over 45mins, when we was told 15mins. When we rang to chase, we was given the most residuals excuse, ‘it’s raining, and we can’t drive fast’. Disappointing to hear that, these guys clearly don’t take care of your vehicle, if they normally drive them fast. To confirm there was two guys collecting from Row B, constantly revving and thrashing cars around the car park. I’d strongly advise to use the Heathrow parking, not these guys. Absolutely shocking, I’ll never use them again.

Arrival procedure for T3 Meet & Greet at Heathrow Airport
Please give us a call at 0208 129 4626 or 07857 366 664 when you are 20 to 30 minutes away from the car park.
The postcode is TW6 1QG.
Follow the signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 2 & 3. Exiting the tunnel, keep in the first lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark (Carpark 3). Do not go to Drop-Off (lanes to the left of the car park entrance) as there are additional fees to enter this area, which you will need to pay directly to Heathrow. Keep right and take a ticket from the Ticket Barrier. Then take your car to Level 4, and park your vehicle in ROW “A or B” where you will be met by a TERMINALS PARKING Chauffeur to collect your car.
Return procedure for Heathrow T3 Meet & Greet
On your safe return, we require you to call us twice on 0208 129 4626 or 07857 366 664. Once as soon as you land and the other as soon as you collect your luggage.
Show the paperwork, check your car and collect your vehicle from our designated point at your terminal.
